NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- An off-duty FDNY firefighter was arrested shortly after midnight Tuesday at his Bronx home for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.
Justino Sanchez, 41, was charged with assault and criminal obstruction of breathing, the NYPD said.
Sanchez allegedly choked his girlfriend and threw her out of bed during an argument, The New York Post reported.
