Investigators say 35-year-old Gabriel Seales used the card to rack up more than $1,000 in charges at Macy's in Midtown. The card belonged to a 57-year-old man. Cops say it was used between November 10 and December 17, 2017.
He's charged with grand larceny and could be suspended from the FDNY.
