NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The estranged husband of a missing Connecticut woman spoke out for the first time Wednesday and said he misses his children.
Fotis Dulos was in court for a hearing on a motion by his missing wife Jennifer's divorce attorney to have Fotis and his attorneys held in contempt for violating a judge's order that sealed a custody and psychological evaluation conducted on their family.
"I just want to tell my children that they're constantly on my mind and that I love them and miss them very much," Dulos said.
The kids are now living with Dulos' mother-in-law after Jennifer disappeared about a month ago.
Earlier in June, court documents revealed that police had discovered blood in Dulos' garage and said that she had likely been victim to a "serious physical assault."
Video footage allegedly showed the defendants' pick up truck stopping 30 times along a four-mile stretch to allegedly dump garbage.
Jennifer Dulos was last seen on Friday May 24, dropping off her children at school.
