NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man inside the courtyard of a Brooklyn housing complex on Tuesday night.
At approximately 6:10 p.m., officials arrived at the Glenwood Houses on Ralph Avenue in the Canarsie section, where they observed a 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his chest.
EMS transported the victim to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
According to the Daily News, the victim was standing in the courtyard at 1690 Ralph Avenue when a dispute ensued and a gunman fired at least five shots.
Authorities have not released the vicitm's name.
So far, no arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.
