Man, 21, accused of dousing 2 NYPD officers with water in Harlem arrested

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police have arrested a Harlem man accused of dousing two officers with water on Tuesday.Darnell Hilliard, 21, was taken at his home in Harlem on Monday, more than three months after the July attack.The viral video shows shows a group of 15 people dumping water on two officers then throwing an empty bucket at one of them as they were arresting two men on 7th Ave & West 115th Street.Hilliard was charged with assault, riot, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, disorderly conduct and harassment.He remains held on $2,500 bail, and returns to court Friday.
