NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police released a video early Thursday of a man wanted in connection to an assault of an MTA employee inside a Brooklyn subway station.
Officials say that on New Year's Eve, at approximately 11:45 p.m., a 28-year-old MTA train conductor of a southbound 2 train pulled into the Atlantic Avenue subway station.
While in the station, a man threw a plastic bottle at the employee, striking her in the face, police say.
The suspect fled towards to the Q line in unknown direction.
The MTA employee suffered a cut above her right eye and was taken to New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in stable condition.
