A man claiming a severe allergy to onions called cops from a McDonald's in Manchester, England after his Big Mac order came with onions that he didn't want.
Leslie McDonagh, 53, allegedly threatened McDonald's staff and attacked a police officer, grabbing his leg and spitting in his face.
McDonagh's attorney said her client was 'embarrassed and ashamed' and is not a violent person.
McDonagh was charged with assault. He later admitted to being drunk and was sentenced to 12 months community service.
