
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials arrested a man in the death of a good Samaritan struck by a train after he attempted to stop a fight in Harlem, NYPD Chief of Detectives Rodney Harrison said Thursday.
The unidentified suspected is facing murder charges, Harrison added.

On July 3, 57-year-old Dwayne Brown, went off the platform and fell into the path of an oncoming No. 3 train at the West 125th Street and Lenox Avenue subway station, when he spotted a man later identified as Todd Hubbard allegedly harassing two women, officials said.
Brown was struck and suffered severe trauma, according to police.
EMS pronounced him dead on the scene.
