NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man was fatally shot in Harlem Wednesday night after a dispute with four teenagers, police say.
At approximately 6:30, officiers discovered a 40-year-old man lying unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his chest in front of 228 East 116 Street.
According to the officials, the fight started in his apartment building and spilled outside the Capilla Evangelica church."It was a bunch of kids fighting. They came running out, chasing somebody," a witness told the Daily News. "There was a shot down the block."
Police have not released the victim's identity.
So far, there have been no arrests made, but an investigation is ongoing.
