Man shot 3 times on train Christmas morning in Brooklyn, gunman sought

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man was shot three times on a subway in Brooklyn at the start of Christmas Day, police say.

Officials say the incident occurred just after midnight as an M train was approaching the Lorimer stop. 

The victim, who has not been identified by police, was shot in the back.

EMS transported him to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say no one else on the train was hurt.
