NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Mayor Bill de Blasio visited schools in all five boroughs on Thursday to mark the first day of school for over one million public school students in New York City.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held in the morning at the Richmond Pre-K Center on Staten Island for the first day of 3-K for All.
