NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A mom was arrested and charged after her 5-year-old son was found alone on his bicycle in Brooklyn at 11:30 p.m. Saturday, police said.
The boy was found riding a black and green bicycle near East 55th Street and Linden Blvd. approximately 12 blocks from his home in East Flatbush authorities said.
