NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Amazon on Thursday confirmed that a coronavirus outbreak took place at one of its facilities in New Jersey.
"We are supporting the individuals who are recovering," Amazon spokesperson Timothy Carter said.
More than 30 workers tested positive for coronavirus, according to Business Insider.
The warehouse is located in Carteret, located across the river from Staten Island.
According to the report, workers at the warehouse received a text message informing them of "additional confirmed cases of COVID-19."
