Connecticut man arrested after razor blades found in Halloween candy bags

NEW YORK (AP) -- A Connecticut man was arrested after trick-or-treaters said they found loose razor blades in their candy bags.

Jason Racz, 37, of Waterbury was charged with reckless endangerment and risk of injury to a minor.

Police Chief Fernando Spagnola said no blades were founded embedded in the candy, just loose.
