NEW YORK (1010 WINS) —Twenty years later, the search continues for Kevin Barthrop.
The then-2-year-old was last seen near his home on Chilton Street in Elizabeth, New Jersey in 1999.
Now authorities are hoping a new sketch showing what he might look like today will help them figure out what happened.
Union County First Assistant Prosecutor Albert Cernadas Jr. said, "This was an innocent 2-year-old boy who was just beginning his life and he just disappeared."
A $10,000 reward has been offered for information leading to the discovery of Barthop or an arrest in his case.
