NJ high school production of 'Alien' goes viral

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A New Jersey high school drama club production of the classic 1979 film "Alien" has set the internet on fire.

The North Bergen High School crew made the costumes and props out of recycled materials.

Senior Justin Pierson told NJ.com, "This is going to sound really funny but (the set crew used) garbage essentially. Just anything that was lying around like cardboard and metal."

The Ridley Scott-directed film stars Sigourney Weaver as a member of the crew of a space ship which gets preyed upon by the titular alien.
