NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police arrested a 15-year-old boy Monday in connection to the fatal Christmas Eve $1 robbery in the Bronx.
The teen is facing a second-degree murder charge and gang assault charges in the first and second-degrees.
Last week, police charged 18-year-old Abu Conteh with murder and gang assault charges in Fresnada's death.

Juan Fresnada, 60, died three days after he was approached along Third Avenue while walking with his 29-year-old friend in the Morrisania section, officials said.
They were beaten after refusing to give the attackers money, with the suspects taking a dollar from them before fleeing westbound on East 164th Street, authorities said.
