NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Police have charged a 29-year-old man with murder and other crimes two days after a father was shot to death in a Bronx subway station as his son watched.

Rafael Hollis was charged Sunday with second-degree murder, manslaughter, criminal possession of a weapon and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

Police believe Hollis shot 25-year-old James Cubille during an argument at the B/D 167th Street subway station on the Grand Concourse Friday evening.

Cubille was shot in front of both his son and the child's mother, according to the Daily News.

He was rushed to Lincoln Medical Center, where he died from a gunshot wound to his torso.
