NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD issued 60 summonses, arrested two people and confiscated at least one gun after police officers broke up an illegal party inside a barbershop in Brooklyn on Saturday, the department said.

Officers found the party happening inside eNVee Barbershop, on Avenue L in Canarsie, on Saturday evening — despite the coronavirus-related social distancing measures that are currently in effect throughout New York State, the NYPD said.
Sixty attendees received summonses and two attendees, a 30-year-old man from Queens and a 28-year-old woman from Brooklyn, were arrested, according to police.
The 30-year-old man was charged with second- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a firearm, violation of local law and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, police said.
The 28-year-old woman was charged with second- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree possession of a forged instrument, criminal possession of a firearm, second-degree criminal trespass, violation of local law and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, the NYPD said.
The soiree started out as a "rap music video shoot that quickly spiraled into a raging party," the New York Post reported.
