NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – The NYPD released surveillance footage Tuesday of a suspect wanted in a violent South Bronx mugging.
The incident happened on Sept. 29 at about 4:36 a.m. in front of 602 Courtlandt Ave.
A 27-year-old man was walking home when he was approached by an unidentified man with a sharp object.
The assailant then stabbed the victim several times in the torso and took the victim's wallet.
He fled the scene with four other men with $800 and multiple bank cards.
The victim was taken to NYC Health & Hospitals/Lincoln in stable condition.
