NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The boyfriend of a woman whose body was pushed out of a car in Brooklyn is in custody according to multiple reports.
Police are investigating the death of a pregnant woman found outside of a housing project building in Brooklyn early Wednesday.
Authorities were searching for the man driving a a dark-colored Honda sedan, they say pushed the dead woman's body out of his vehicle and drove off.
At 2 a.m., officials responded to the call of an unconscious person in front of 11 Loraine Street at Red Hook Houses, where they discovered a 27-year-old woman laying unconscious and unresponsive.
EMS transported her to New York Presbyterian-Methodist Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Police are reviewing the surveillance cameras in four buildings and deemed the woman's death as "suspicious" because there were no marks found on her body.
The medical examiner will determine the woman's cause of death.
The woman's identity has not been released, but police say she lived at the Red Hook Houses.
So far, no arrests have been made.The investigation is ongoing.
