NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD are searching for a group of young men behind a violent robbery in Central Park and two other hold-ups that took place in the early morning hours Wednesday.
The first was on Lafayette Street in Lower Manhattan.
A 25-year-old man was punched and kicked.
His attacker stole his cellphone and airpods.
About an hour later, a 20-year-old man was knocked to the ground and kicked on 66th Street and Central Park West.
A few minutes later, inside the park, a man was knocked to the ground and his wallet and backpack were stolen.
None of the victims sustained serious injuries.
The police released surveillance footage from the second incident.
