NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD released images Thursday of three suspects wanted in connection with the stray-bullet shooting of a 5-year-old girl in the Bronx on Wednesday evening.
The girl suffered a graze wound to the right side of her head in the shooting in Longwood around 5:25 p.m.
According to police and sources, the three suspects discharged firearms outside a juice bar at Aldus Street and Southern Boulevard, striking the girl, who was standing nearby with her mother.
EMS transported the child to Harlem Hospital Center, where she was in stable condition.
Witnesses described hearing about five shots at the intersection.
The suspects fled southbound on Southern Boulevard towards East 163rd Street, police said.
