NYPD seek men who broke into Dunkin' Donuts, Subway, Boston Market in Queens

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Police are searching for two men wanted in a string of burglaries at fast food restaurants in Queens.

The break-ins happened over the course of a couple of weeks in June, with the suspects making off with some $2,000 in cash and cigarettes, police said.


A Dunkin' Donuts on Flushing Avenue in Flushing was targeted on the morning of June 9. Police said a man broke a drive-thru window and stole $1,500 from three cash registers.

Two days later, a Boston Market on Queens Boulevard in Sunnyside was broken into, police said. Nothing was stolen in that incident.

Then on June 19, a Subway on Queens Boulevard in Forest Hills was broken into. Police said a man smashed the front window and stole $150 from a cash register at the business.

The last burglary was on June 23, when Soy Bean Chan Grocery on Queens Boulevard in Elmhurst was targeted. Police said a man threw an object through the glass front door and stole $150 along with cartons of cigarettes as a second man acted as a lookout.
