NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Officers found a man in possession of more than 19 kilograms of cocaine during a parole checkup in the Bronx this week, police said.
Officers from NYPD Housing PSA 8 and the state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision discovered the large stash of drugs during a visit Monday morning, according to police.
The man, who has not been identified, was arrested, police said.
The NYPD tweeted a photo Wednesday of 19 bags of cocaine and cash they said was in the man's possession.
