NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man was found dead in a Queens intersection after seemingly being hit by a vehicle which then left the scene early Tuesday morning, according to police.
Police say a 65-year-old man was found unresponsive at the meeting of Rockaway Blvd. and Brookville Blvd. in the Meadowmere neighborhood of Queens at about 3:40 a.m.
He appeared to have been hit by a vehicle which then fled, say police.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
