NEW YORK (1010 WINS) —A person, possibly suffering from cardiac arrest, was struck by a train at the 116th Street subway station shortly after 9:30 a.m.
Police have removed the man from the tracks.
Fire officials reported that the person was possibly suffering from cardiac arrest.
Trains are running with considerable delays on the 2, 3, 4 and 5 lines.
