NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials said Friday they're offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest, indictment and/or conviction of a man in connection to the rape of a woman in East Harlem.
The 64-year old Harlem woman was in a medically-induced coma Thursday after the suspect wearing a surgical mask around his neck put victim in a chokehold, knocked her down, and exposed himself to her before fleeing on a Citi Bike, the NYPD said.

According to police, the $10,000 reward is divided into two sections.
The first section, payable by Crime Stoppers upon the arrest and indictment of the person responsible for the incident is $2,500.
The second section, payable by NYPD upon the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the incident is $7,500.
