NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Police are searching for three people who they say attacked a man with baseballs bats in the Bronx this month, sending him to a hospital.
The 34-year-old victim was attacked near Clay Avenue and 173rd Street in the Claremont section on the morning of Aug. 8.
Police said the three suspects attacked the victim with the bats before one of them fled in a black SUV. The other two suspects took off on foot.
The victim was taken to an area hospital, where he was in stable condition.
The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspects on Wednesday. The video appears to show two of the suspects carrying bats as they run down a street.
