The bus' driver, 40-year-old Yui Man Chow of Staten Island, was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter Tuesday.
The bus from Orlando, Florida, overturned on an I-95 exit ramp near Kingwood in Prince George County Tuesday morning, according to police.
A total of 57 people were on the Tao's Travel Inc. bus at the time and dozens of them were hurt, police said.
Police haven't said what may have led to the crash.
