NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Attorney Gloria Allred, who is representing three women of R. Kelly's accusers, said she and accuser Faith Rodgers are slated to meet with the NYPD Monday about the "investigation into potential victims" of the singer.

Despite the meeting -- at which they will provide information for prosecutors -- there reportedly does not appear to be an active investigation against the singer, but Allred feels the information she will provide could possibly open a probe.

The NYPD told 1010 WINS, "We will decline comment on this specific case.  The NYPD will always exhaustively investigate any crime reported to the police, and encourage all survivors to contact our Special Victim's hotline to report a crime."

At a press conference in Manhattan Monday, Allred -- who compared R. Kelly to the likes of Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein -- had a message for the singer: "You can look forward to a legacy that will not be your music, but rather the pain and suffering you inflicted on many young women.”

According to Allred, R. Kelly is attempting to intimidate Rodgers into silence, seeming to take "his playbook from Donald Trump."

"We are here today to let Mr. Kelly know in no uncertain terms that he cannot and will not intimidate his alleged victims into keeping silent about their allegations ... Mr. Kelly, your disgusting tactics will not prevent women who allege that they were victimized from telling their truth," Allred said at the press conference on behalf of Rodgers.

Rodgers, who was in a relationship with the R&B singer at age 19, is suing R. Kelly for sexual battery and knowingly infecting her with an STD, claiming Kelly "mentally, sexually and verbally" abused her. Rodgers is one of several alleged victims who participated in Lifetime's six-part documentary "Surviving R. Kelly."

Rodgers' civil lawsuit against R. Kelly is pending in New York Supreme Court. Allred and Rodgers' attorney who was also present at the presser, Lydia Hills, said R. Kelly is retaliating against Rodgers by threatening to reveal what he alleges are "details of her sex life."

R. Kelly's attorney Steve Greenberg said the abuse allegations in "Surviving R. Kelly" is another round of stories" being used to "fill reality TV time."
