NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The search is resuming for a 46-year-old man who went for a swim in the East River near the Throgs Neck Bridge Thursday.
Police say he was in a rowboat with a 40-year-old woman when he dove in and didn't come back up.
The woman who stayed in the boat called 911.
The Fire Department Marine Unit, NYPD Harbor Unit and the Coast Guard all searched for several hours last night and will continue their search Friday morning.
