NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A chaotic fight erupted on a 6 train in the Bronx last week, and now police are searching for a man and woman seen brawling on video.
The man and woman kicked and punched one another at the Elder Avenue subway station in the Bronx last Wednesday, according to police.
The video starts with the woman on the ground and the man over her. She kicks him and then gets up and starts pummeling him, the video shows.
The woman punched the man repeatedly then the man dragged the woman off the train and kicked her in the stomach, according to police.
The Sergeants Benevolent Association retweeted the original video of the fight, which has since been made private.
"Congress woman Ocasio-Cortez doesn't think the Governor should add 500 more MTA police officers to make the subways safer. Watch & you decide as a woman is assaulted, thrown to the ground and kicked. This is a NYC subway," the SBA wrote.
