NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD seek an attacker who they say slashed a man in the face in Chinatown, Manhattan on Tuesday.The attack occurred on East Broadway near Market Street just before 10:00 a.m., WABC 7 reports.Authorities are investigating whether the incident was a random attack.The victim is in stable condition, police say.The suspect is described as a bald Hispanic man who's approximately 5-foot-8 and was last wearing dark clothing officials say.Police urge anyone with information to call NYPD's Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-8477.
