NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man dressed up in an Elmo costume was arrested for allegedly groping a 14-year-old tourist in Times Square police said Sunday.
Officials arrested 54-year-old Inocente Pacheco who resides in Passaic, New Jersey, for forcible touching.
Authorities say the victim was with her family when she approached Andrade-Pacheco for a photo.As the group posed, police say Andrade-Pacheco allegedly grabbed the girl's buttocks.
The family called the police to report the incident and the New York Post reports that Inocente Andrade-Pacheco, has denied the allegations through his lawyer.
