NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for two women who were responsible for throwing a chair, rocks, and bricks at an MTA bus in surveillance footage released Friday.
The incident took place on June 25 at about 6:15 p.m on East 170th Street in the Bronx.
The women were involved in a dispute with other passengers on a BX11 bus, authorities say.
After the bus operator trying to intervene and asked the involved parties to exit the bus, the women intentionally damaged the bus's windshield wipers.
They then threw a chair, bricks and rocks at the windows of the bus which caused a side window to break.
The two women fled westbound on East 170th Street.
No injuries were reported.
