It's that time of the year again to try New York's finest dining at an affordable price. NYC Restaurant Week started July 22 and will come to an end on August 16. This weekend is a perfect opportunity to try a new place that you may not be able to afford regularly. Summer on the Hudson: Sweet Spot Festival

Cool off on this mid-summer weekend with a water park day. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, towel, sun screen and a smile. Join Councilman Erich Ulrich as he will also be making a splash. NYC Parks will be providing food, crafts, games along with the water slides and bounce houses.

Boston Red Sox at the New York Yankees
The rivalry returns to Yankee Stadium this weekend. Pack the stands, get a New York hot dog and send the Sox back to Boston. The Yankees went 1 in 3 this past week against the Sox so show your New York pride and support the stripes this Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Summer Streets is closing off Park Ave from the Brooklyn Bridge to Central Park for pedestrians and bikers. Plenty of free activities take place along the route including bike rentals, a zipline, games and parks. Get to most of New York's sights by foot on the next three Saturdays of August.

Summer days are made for clam bakes. Down the Jersey Shore, Highlands will be hosting their 25th Annual Clam Festival. Seafood lovers will not be disappointed in the fresh fish, beer and wine gardens, live music, games and contests. Make a beach day out of it or eat clams all weekend for the four day festival.

The Queens Night Market is the one stop shop for the traveling foodie. With stands serving food from over 80 countries, you can grab a bite then learn how to belly dance from one of the professional dancers. Djs will be mixing all night so come hungry and ready to dance.

A Brooklyn office building is transformed into an immersive, celebration of street art. The exibit pays tribute to graffiti - the art form found all over the streets of New York. The two floors are dedicated to 150 artists, live performances and lectures. Come learn about the artwork that you pass on your way to work everyday. Can't make it this weekend? Don't worry - the exibit runs through August.

This Saturday, the MoMA PS1 will be filled with EDM music and modern art installations for Warm Up 2019. If you're from Long Island City, you're in luck because admission is free for residents with proper identification.

With a weekend packed full of festivals, there must be one to attend in the Hamptons. Whale ... the Whale of a Fair is the answer for you. Hosted by the Southampton History Museum, some profits from vendors will go the museum's educational programs. You can find art, furniture, jewelry, antiques and vintage clothing under the festivals' tents.
