Matthew Connelly, 40, William Goodman, 52 and Christopher Moscinski, 52, spent two hours trying to convince patients not to get abortions at the  All Women’s Medical center in White Plains on the morning of Nov. 27, 2021 before they were “physically removed” from the premises, according to police.

All three men are a part of Red Rose Rescue, an anti-abortion religious group.

Two of the men remained in the waiting room despite multiple requests for them to leave. The third laid on the floor in front of the entrance.

“The District Attorney’s Office will vigorously prosecute any criminal acts that interfere with an individual’s constitutional right to freely access healthcare,” District Attorney Miriam Rocah said. “There are no insignificant cases when it comes to the protection of reproductive rights.”

The defendants will be sentenced on June 20. Each faces up to three months in jail and a $500 fine.
