The thief, 33-year-old Frantzcy Dorelien of Flatbush, broke into Equilibrium Firearms on Willis Avenue in Mineola just after 1 a.m. and stole a gun, police said.

A patrol officer nearby spotted a broken window at Equilibrium Firearms before driving further down Willis Avenue. The officer then saw Dorelien walking down the street dressed in all black carrying a backpack and what looked like a large stick, cops said.
