Travelers entering Connecticut from Vermont and 46 other states and territories must self-quarantine for 14 days, Gov. Ned Lamont said Tuesday.

Of the 32,964 COVID-19 test results that came back in Connecticut on Monday, 1,702, or 5.16 percent, were positive, Lamont said.

As of Monday evening, 777 people in the state were hospitalized with COVID-19, up by 20 from Sunday, he added.
