NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The Jersey City Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one man dead and another critically injured early Sunday morning.
Around 3 a.m. 46-year-old Keshean Nettles and an unidentified 49-year-old were shot on Monticello Avenue in Jersey City, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.
Emergency responders rushed both victims to Jersey City Medical Center, where Nettles was pronounced dead at 3:35 a.m.
The older victim is still hospitalized in critical condition.
Police have not yet made any arrests.
