LI rideshare driver charged with raping 1 passenger, sexually assaulting another

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A Long Island ride share driver was charged with sexually assaulting two passengers Saturday, Newsday reported.

The 40-year-old East Norwich man, Milton Paguada, allegedly raped a 28-year-old woman while she was a passenger in the 2022 Toyota Prius he was driving on June 20 around 10:50 p.m., authorities said.

Later on that night, around 1 a.m., Paguada is accused of forcibly touching another 23-year-old passenger, according to police.

Paguada worked for the Long Island based rideshare company called C Gacela which was founded in 2018.

Police charged Paguada with first-degree rape, first-degree sex abuse and two counts of forcible touching.

Detectives are asking anyone who believes they were a victim of Paguada to call 631-854-8152.
