NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – Police are investigating a stabbing that left one man dead and wounded another in the Bronx on Sunday afternoon.
At approximately 3:30 p.m., police responded to a 911 call of two males stabbed in the vicinity of 2155 Grand Concourse in Fordham Heights, officials said.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 34-year-old Richard Vasquez with a stab wound to the chest and a 31-year-old man with a stab wound to his torso.
EMS transported both men to Saint Barnabas Hospital where Vasquez was later pronounced deceased.
The investigation remains ongoing.
