
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Two men are in police custody after one man was killed, and two others were injured in a triple stabbing in Manhattan on Wednesday evening, authorities said.
At around 5:30 p.m., police responded to a call of an assault at the Ameer Deli and Grill located at 4996 Broadway.
Upon arrival, responding officers discovered a 20-year-old man that was slashed in the neck, a 24-year-old man who had been stabbed in the neck and a 21-year-old man that had been stabbed in the hand and back.
EMS transported the 20-year-old man to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem in stable condition.
The other victims were taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital by private means, where the 24-year-old man died from his injuries.
An investigation is ongoing.
