NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Ten people were hurt in a crash involving a bus and garbage truck in Queens on Wednesday morning, the FDNY said.

A Nassau Inter-County Express bus and a garbage truck collided just before 4:15 a.m. at 191st Street and Hillside Avenue in Hollis.

Ten people suffered minor injuries. It wasn’t immediately clear if they were all on the bus.

Five patients were taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and another five were taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens.

The events leading up to the crash weren't immediately known. An investigation is ongoing.
