11 people sought in connection to J train beatdown, robbery in Brooklyn: NYPD

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are on the lookout for at least 11 people involved in a fight and robbery that happened last month aboard a subway in Brooklyn.

Cops said the incident happened on Dec. 18 at about 10:30 p.m. on a Manhattan-bound J train approaching the Kosciusko Street station.

According to police, the group approached a 34-year-old and 29-year-old man and punched the victims in the face multiple times.

The victims had a jacket and umbrella stolen from them before they got off at the Kosciusko Street station, police said.

The victims were treated by EMS for minor injuries.

Video released by cops shows the group that cops are looking for either jumping a subway turnstile or being allowed through an emergency door by another person.

They also released a photo with all 11 members of the group.
