17-year-old in custody after Times Square shooting

A 17-year-old is in custody after gunfire rang out early Saturday morning in Times Square.

According to the New York Police Department, three people were hit by the suspect at around 1:30 a.m. Saturday. Victims include an 18-year-old woman who was grazed in the neck, a 19-year-old man shot in the foot and a 65-year-old man hit in the right leg.

All taken to the hospital and all said to be stable, 1010 WINS reported. As of Saturday morning, the young suspect was in custody but had not yet been charged.
