
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Two civilians and one firefighter were injured in a Crown Heights apartment fire early Saturday morning, according to the FDNY.
The fire broke out around 1:04 a.m. on the second floor of a three-story building on Lincoln Place near Ralph Avenue, officials said.
The FDNY sent 106 firefighters and EMS across 25 units to respond to the blaze. They were able to get the fire under control by around 2:17 a.m.
One injured civilian refused medical attention at the scene, while one firefighter with a minor injury and one civilian in uncertain condition were both brought to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
