NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD is searching for a group of men accused of carrying out back-to-back armed robberies in a Bushwick apartment building early Monday morning.
Just after 2:15 a.m., the suspects entered a building on Myrtle Avenue near Stockholm Street, targeting two separate residences.
According to officials, the group of three or four men first held a 62-year-old man at gunpoint before moving on to a second apartment, where they assaulted a 27-year-old man and stole his property.
The younger victim was treated at the scene for minor facial injuries.
The suspects fled the scene and remain at large.
