NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police on Tuesday released photos of two men wanted for beating and robbing a teen boy on a Bronx subway train last month.
It happened at about 5:40 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29, while a 15-year-old boy victim was sitting on a southbound 6 train approaching the Morrison Avenue-Soundview train station.
According to officials, the boy was approached by two suspects when one began to punch him in the face while the second stole his cell phone.
The suspects then exited the train and fled on foot to parts unknown.
EMS treated the victim on scene for injuries to the face.
The first suspect was last seen wearing a black ski mask, black sweatpants, black and white sneakers, and a bookbag.
The second suspect was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, black shorts, black sneakers, and a black and orange bookbag.
